Who is Club Insurance USA?
Club Insurance USA is a division of SRJV Risk Services Inc., Retail Commercial Insurance Broker. Club Insurance USA as formulated specifically to handle the Insurance Program endorsed by ACE and exclusively for ACE members.

What are the benefits of the Program?
We listened to what ACE Board Members had to say. The exposures a Gentlemen’s Club faces are different and quite frankly less hazardous than a nightclub or bar/tavern. Club owners would like their coverage options explained to them in plain language. They need to know what the policy exclusions are. They are frustrated at getting their renewal quotes the day before expiration without any explanation. Plain and simple, we heard that the Club owners are tired of the “Insurance Headache” they experience at renewal time. We listened and we went to work. We have changed the entire Insurance process for the better. We have an easy two page application, and by listening to what the ACE Board Members had to say, we came up with a way to give the Club owners what they need with a A+ Superior rated insurance company at an affordable price.

Here are some of the program highlights:

1. Streamlined approach to the premium rating basis on direct sales to the public.
2. Assault and Battery included at full policy limits.
3. Increased liquor liability aggregate.
4. Per location limits and aggregates.
5. Deductibles are per occurrence, not per claimant.
6. Defense Costs outside of policy limits.
7. Lower minimum earned policy premiums.
8. No exclusion for participants (dancers).
9. Premium discounts for ACE Members only.
10. Renewal discounts considered for no claims for ACE members only.

Can any club apply?
Yes. The program is available on a nationwide basis, except for Alaska. Special conditions apply to clubs located in Arizona. There are certain Risk Management and Underwriting criteria which all Clubs are required to comply with. Please contact us for details.

What if I am not an ACE member?
The program and discounted rates are available only to ACE members. It is easy and inexpensive to become a member. Go to the ACE website, www.acenational.org and click on the membership link.
