Proposed Coverage and Limits
COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY
Commercial General Liability Insurance provides the Insured with legal
defense against third party lawsuits. The insurance company will provide
the cost of legal defense and payment of any damages on behalf of the
Insured for bodily injury and/or property damage for which the Insured
is legally liable for due to bodily injury and property damage incurred
arising from your business activities, your premises and your operations.
Personal Injury and Advertising liability is included, which provides
third party coverage for other than bodily injury or property damage,
such as libel, slander, defamation, false arrest or detention, invasion
of privacy, malicious prosecution and wrongful entry resulting from your
business activities and advertising of your products and services.

EXCESS
LIABILITY
In order to offer adequate Limits of Liability, we will offer Excess Liability
over and above the Scottsdale General Liability policy with limits of
$1,000,000 to $10,000,000. Higher limits will also be available for clubs
desiring more coverage. >

COMPANION
COVERAGES
Commercial Property insures against damage to property owned by the Insured,
including Tenant’s Improvements and Betterments, Real Property-Building,
Personal Property-Contents, Business Interruption and Extra Expense.
• Coverage valued at Replacement Cost to replace the damage property
with like, kind and quality
• Coverage will be written at Full Replacement Value in order to
avoid coinsurance penalties
• Cause of Loss Form will be “Special Form” which is
the most comprehensive coverage form available.
• Business Interruption will be included to provide against Loss
of Income as a result of a covered cause of loss. The appropriate limit
should be carried, based on sales and profit.
• Extra Expense will be included to provide coverage for expenses
in excess of normal operating expenses that are incurred to continue operations
after a loss. >
